Lackto truly cares about our breastfeeding journeys! My kit was lost in transit during hurricane Isaias. USPS was unable to find my kit so I asked Lackto if there was anything that could be done on their end. To my surprise, all I was asked to do was verify my address so I could be sent a replacement. My replacement kit arrived quickly and without error. That lifted my spirits during a time of a natural disaster; no power, trees fallen into homes, little relief from the Florida heat, and the incessant hum of generators keeping refrigerators cold so no one loses all of their food. It is amazing what one gesture can do to completely turn your week around! I have not had the opportunity to make my pendant yet but, with everything included in the kit, it looks almost effortless. Eventhough my breastfeeding journey has come to an end I intend to gift this kit to breastfeeding family and friends in the future because Lackto provides a quality product and superior customer service.
