If you ever need to use the warranty, simply contact our support team and send us photos of your jewel (front and back, if possible). We’ll talk with you to understand what happened and help in the best way possible.
Case A: If you followed all the steps correctly but something happened with our product, we will send you the materials to create your MotherLove again at no cost. In this case, a production video can help us understand what went wrong.
Case B: If you missed a step, and since this is a chemical process, your jewel did not finalize correctly, we will still send you the materials so you can remake your jewel. There will be no charge for the materials, only for shipping, which is a third-party service.
Reminder: We strongly recommend recording a simple video of your production process. It doesn’t need to be anything elaborate, just your hands making the jewel. This helps us better understand what happened, diagnose the issue more clearly, and explain how to avoid it in the future.
